    yo all..this is more on the bio side...
    but can someone pls tell me
    1)the steps at which short rotation coppicing,or coppicing is done
    2)Advantages and disadvantages of coppicing and woodland management
    3)How can the bare ground left after the deforestation process can be further used?

    any help on this would really really be appreciated

    1) Trees are arranged into areas and cut down at different years (i don't really understand this question)
    2) Advantages, biodiversity is increased because only a section of the habitat is cut down. Species are in less likely to become extinct (plants AND animals). Disadvantages, less wood/land is available to be used, only a set area can be cut at one time.
    3) New trees can be planted to continue the process of coppicing.
