Is it possible to get vaginal STD symptoms after oral sex?

I have some vaginal discharge which has a strange odour.

Could this be because I gave oral sex and be an STD.? Or just a yeast infection or something?

It would be much more likely to be thrush or something similar. If you are worried then I would pop to your GP as they can examine and take a swab to test for thrush (and some of the other non-STI related vaginal infections).

Anyway assuming you received oral it's possible to be an STI, but unlikely to be anything serious. Just get checked.

Although they are not exactly sexy, dental dams are worth considering if you want to be safe.
