Had my results for 2 months? Still not on UCAS? Help..

I got my results about 2 months ago, but theres still nothing on UCAS about it..
Ive tried emailing my uni admissions team but had no reply..
Am I being stupid and missing something here?.. or should I be worried?

If you've got your certificates then just phone your uni.

What results are these? Some results are not sent directly to the university by Ucas, and you are responsible for sending them yourself. Check on this list:

https://www.ucas.com/ucas/undergraduate/apply-and-track/results/sending-exam-results

If the exam is on this list, then call up the university on the phone, which is harder to ignore than emails.
