    How do i convert g dm-3 to kg ha-1

well the question that i need to answer is:

1 hectare of soil to a depth of 20cm has a mass of about 2500 tonnes. Use your andswer to 16b (which is 0.0208 g dm-3 of nitrogen) to calculate the total mass of nitrogen, in forms useable by plants (which is nitrate(v) ions and ammonium ions), in the top 20cm layer of 1 heactare of your soil.

    Does that help?
For me, no  , but may be you might be able to help. Its from Salters activity AA3.1
