drugs at bangor

So it looks like Bangor is the only university that has accepted me this year. I have heard from friends who go there that there is nothing to do there apart from take drugs. I'm sure that's fun for the first 2 years but is there anyone who has been there 3 years with an honest opinion? Should I take another gap year or risk attending Bangor becoming a drug addict/clinically depressed. :smile:

in brighton you have other options. i don't want drugs to be the only option or they wouldnt be fun....and being from brighton I wonder if Bangor would suit me...

Lol, I know people in Bangor who take drugs but thats no different to any town. Surely by your third year you'd have matured and as for being bored what about the huge dissertation pepople have to write. Seriously think logically about it a uni of 9,000 students if all were drug addicts/clinically depressed I think there would be a media storm.
