Tenancy takeover (suffolk)

£97 per week paid over three terms or 11 months

Due to a change in circumstance, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement.
Their number is 01473 221526 (Athena Hall Ipswich) If ringing Athena Hall Accommodation you will need to mention my name (Sam Brookes) in order for you to takeover this room. I will then be able to swap the name on the contact.
