Hi, I'm going to college in September to start my as-levels. I just found out that they're changing the syllabus for my subjects (all sciences), oh is the aqa exam board . How can I get a head start in revision if I don't even know what to revise or which revision guide to buy please help!!!!

I've moved your question somewhere where you might get more responses ...

There are already loads of resources for the new science courses so don't worry about this. Settle into the courses first, then ask your teachers about revision resources and so on.

The specification and sample exam papers are on the AQA web site.

New text books have been published but there's no way to tell yet which is best as nobody has tried to use them. I would wait to see what your school recommends when the course starts - I'm sure your teachers will have had a good look at the available resources.

I thought the CGP revision guide for the old specification was ok so maybe the new one will be
http://www.amazon.co.uk/372/dp/17829...AQA+as+biology
OR
Their head start to maths was quite useful so if you just want to do a bit of light preparation consider this.
