Are Ventricular Diastole and Artrial Diastole one in the same?
Ie is this jus tte stage where blood enters the atria and is about to enter the ventricals? How long does it last i'm guessing its 0.4 seconds. Can anyone clarify?

Shortly after the ventricles have just started their contraction, the atria are beginning to relax. This relaxation is called atrial diastole.
