jobs at 16 that don't require an education?

Acting if you're good, certainly. If you're not, I think you still might be able to get work as an extra, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Retail/waiting/customer service work.
Could start your own business
McDonald's.
1.Armed Forces (Army, Navy, RAF) (Not police, police require A-levels nowadays I think)
2. Supermarket chains (Retail Assistant)
3. Catering
4. Apprenticeship (Is there any trade you are interested in?)

If you are physically fit and reasonabley bright, the armed services are a good way to get life skills
Trades - Plumber, Builder, Electrician, etc. These can be really good money, and you can start your own business

Bar / restaurant work / catering / retail / delivery
