The recent BBC programme 'the ugly face of disability hate crime' alludes to it. I would basically say it is:

Race/ethnicity

Islamophobia

Anti-semitism
Homophobia
Sexism
Gender reassignment

Disability

Ageism
Anti-Christianity

Is this wrong? Shouldn't all hate crime be treated equally?

Anti-semitism is probably below the group you've put it in.

You are completely right, but IIRC it is massively over reported and has been given a lot of coverage recently due to anti-semitism hysteria in europe at the moment.

It's similar to how we don't see hate crime against white people as a problem, but it's actually one of the most common (if not the most common) hate crimes in the UK.

If you are on the left the fear of being accused of islamophobia outranks all others.
I asked left-wing friends why but they couldn't or wouldn't explain it.

I was on an American fem site recently and they had a term for it. IIRC it was the " stacking of victimood" or such like.

Anti-Semitism is way way down the list. It's by far and away the most acceptable form of bigotry in "intellectual" circles.
