What kind? Red ones or whiteheads? Are they flat or bumpy? Or are they more like little dots?

Oh yes because spraying water on your face gets rid of acne.

Wtf?
I know what you mean, I have a spotty derriere to a certain extent lol. I don't know what to suggest really  Maybe you could try some conventional spot treatments, although I doubt putting tea tree oil on your butt is very practical.

You can buy a spot fighting shower gel by T-gel i think. That helps

lol, actually washing your face reduces the risk of acne!

Oh dear, sweet heart thats not true. Having a dirty face isnt the main reason for getting acne.
I occasionaly get spots on my ass

I wouldn't worry about it, unless they are always there or really painful. You might be able to ask a pharmacist for a general body spot treatment?

Lush "Buffy the Backside Slayer" soap.works wonders.
Pop them  I get a few, though not too bad ones thankfully. Not sure how you'd deal with them though, ask your doctor maybe?

Thanks guys....they are generally quite big and red and sometimes quite sore...I do wash every day ffs!!
I don't know if they're poppable though....
Argh! Maybe I will go to the doctor about it.

Yeah, if they're big, red and sore it's likely your doctor will put you on a course of antibiotics. Although it's an inherently embarrassing thing, try not to be too embarrassed, you'd be surprised how common a spotty arse is, especially among guys. If you really can't bring yourself to see a GP then my own recommendation (although it's not tried or tested) would be to mash up some aspirin with some tea tree oil into a sort of paste and spread it over the spots. Then I guess you'd have to just sort of lie there on your stomach like a beached whale for a little while, then wash it off. The aspirin will reduce any redness and inflammation, and the tea tree oil will kill off any bacteria lingering there. I know this works for spots on the face so it stands to reason that doing this every day for a week or so would at least get rid of the worst of them but might not provide a permanent solution. You could also just try making sure that you dry the area thoroughly when you get out the shower or bath (incidentally showers will be much better at keeping this kind of area clean) and spreading some tea tree oil and a commercial spot-drying product over your bum at the beginning of each day. Just use it sparingly and/or hope no one comments on the smell...
