Been giving myself excuses to why I'm nocturnal like "yeah that nap earlier didn't help" , "ffs why am I drinking coke?"

I think it's time I admit what I am and finally seek help

I can drink coke right before bed and still go to sleep
I usually sleep at 3-5am and am up at 7-9am haha

Lol I slept at 9am last night. I think it's because of my late work shifts and how I can destroy my sleeping pattern in a matter of days anytime I'm on holiday

I don't know how you do that. It would be a miracle for me lol. Although I drink tea and coffee just before bed and find it helps me sleep. I still feel horrible waking early though.

Yes lol. Am I weird? :smile: I think it's just the warmth of the coffee that makes me drowsy, the caffeine doesn't effect me much.
