Sainsburys telephone interview

I have a telephone interview for Sainsbury's for a part-time job. This will be my first telephone interview and I'm quite nervous. Has anyone here ever had a phone interview for Sainsbury's before? What type of questions did they ask you?

Don't know if it's helpful but had a successful 1-2-1 with another "Top 4" supermarket 5 and a bit years ago. This was after a group interview to weed out the weirdos... But in the personal interviews they tend to look for things such as being able to deal with difficult customers, any relevant work experience to date, general friendliness as in most roles you'll be working with the general public.

Any more advice I'd be happy to oblige.
