A spider just fell into my bed :(

I was just in my room about ten minutes ago, and I noticed there was a spider on the wall. It was scuttling about, and I decided to give it a few minutes before getting a glass and taking it outside.

I just turned round to get a glass from my desk.. and of all the chances, the spider tumbles down from the wall.. and into my bed. :afraid: Needless to say, I am now not completely keen to go to bed, considering it's either still lurking inside there.. or it might be down the side..

I hate spiders so much. :frown:

Not good!!! Was it big??

I was once in bed and heard a spider walking across my posters (seriously it was that big!!!) and in a blind panic was forced (!!!!) to chuck half a pint of water in order to catch it. Was then stuck with a glass against the wall, angry spider trapped. Said spider was then "freed" by my animal-loving father, and so lived to terrorise another day.....

 I'm sure this one must have been much smaller than that, but it was one of the thin ones which look.. evil. *shudders* I really don't want to sleep in there tonight. :afraid:

I've no idea where it is now- I've checked inside my bed and by the side, but I can't find it anymore.

I feel your pain. Once there was a house spider in my bed. Needless to say i didnt go upstairs for 3 days until it was found (it had climbed down the stairs and into the living room)

You should grab one end of your duvet and throw it across the room and run.

Drop it on your bed, and execute an elbow drop.

Well, if you're really bothered, take the bed covers off and make it up again. If that doesn't convince you it's gone or scare it away then I don't know what will.

Ooh, I tried that one. I'm pretty certain it isn't in the duvet now.. but I still haven't found it.

I suppose the worst that could happen is that it crawls on me.. or I eat it. But then again, I don't get very much protein in my diet anyway, so it might not be a bad thing..

*nervously looks around*
in my first morning in my uni room last year i woke up and immediately saw a spider, roughly the size of a small dog, on my wall. It seemed to suck in the light it was so black. Lets just say i was glad i decided to take my badminton raquet to uni during the last minute packing...

They're not too bad. Ever encountered lizards? Now they're annoying little bastard.

I'd take a roomfull of lizards over a spider in the bed.

Hmm, not too sure mate. Lizards are more likely to crawl in your mouth or up your anus in comparison to spiders.

I would rather eat a lizard than be in the same room as a spider.
