Wet shave? Wet shaving pwns electric razors. Else, I do like Loréal Men Expert Pure & Matte Moisturising Gel. I had dry skin on my face from the heat in France and that does the trick. I still use it now.

yeh I do wet shave and have done for ages but someone bought me this new gadget and it wasnt cheap so I WANT to use it.

The instructions say your face has to be dry and clean and may take 4 weeks to become used to the razor.... I dont think I can handle it for 4 weeks
this is the reason i hate electric razors. they tug hairs and give u rashes. Try using it right after you have a hot shower (after dryeing your face obviously) as it may be better if the hair is softer.

That did work at first but then the rash just flared up later in the day.

I think it might be my skin....

I just dont want to, and dont think ill be able to, return it.

Just keep using it, try a different shaving tenique, take it slow and for gods sake be extremely carefull of your neck area!!! Elecs take some getting used to but once you do you'll never have this problem again.

Ill give that a go but it kindof defeats the point if it takes as long if not longer than a wet shave.

Oh well

Cheers guys

I use an electric razor and never have never had any problems. It is IMO much quicker than a wet shave.
