are you doing enough cardio?

i go jogging every morning and lift weight 4 times a week

is that enough?

i would have thought so as many people dont do any excercise and still dont have flab.

edit: may i be over working?

i never used to have it tho so there must be a way to reduce it or at least a reason for why its there

i spoke to my GP just in case and he will refer me to a "specialist"

but is this because the rest of your body is fat? ( don't mean to be rude )

Chin ups?

fat burn workout at the gym?

If you're toned and muscular then the cardio would help burn the fat which may come from under your chin.

Reply 7

if you have a six pack you must have a low % body fat already. It may take you a while to lose the second chin.

My friend's mum has flab under her chin too, even though she's quite slim in her body. It's genetic. Does anyone else in your family have this? If so, it's possibly genetic too.

Hmm, well her daughter has never had it either, but is starting to get one. It came with age, I guess.

Learn to love it!? Or go and see your doctor?

might just be the shape of your face... or genetics?

but I personally like it when people have slight double chins... tis cute

Grow a beard?

Nope I'm relatively slim, always have been, now a size 8. The flabby neck thing became apparent to me during puberty when I did put weight on, but before that I was a rake!! Having a large neck is also a sign of thyroid problems....search it at netdoctor.com

It can happen if you have a bit of a recessive chin. I wouldnt let it bother you too much, there are worse things

Nice la la land advice you have there.

It's genetics mate, nothing you can do I'm sorry to say. If you lose weight, you will lose weight all over.

OHHHHH you changed your name,..... that's why i was confused....

MillionDollarMan was decent, why'd you change it?

I have that too and it suddenly developed. I was worried at first but you get used to it. I forget about it and really it isn't very noticeable and I'm sure yours isn't either.
Don't get het up about it, we all have parts of our body that we dont like just gotta learn to love them!
