To be honest, I think it does sound a bit dossy......Not the management part so much but the entrepreneurship. Employers may find this a bit odd cause it implies you want to set up your own business and work for yourself which be a bit offputting.
Just my view though.

Would i be able to just call it a management degree on a cv? Because thats all it is really and its not changing the name its just leaving abit out. There may even be the chance to change the name of the degree during the course if i opt for certain modules.

nar I wouldn't go for it if I were you, infact, don't do business studies at all, do economics. So much more respected and regarded in the eyes of an employer
what about management. Business studies is more focused on case studies of successful businesses where as management contains accounting/economics - The degree i am looking at seems to exempt you from accountancy tests that some people have to do after graduating. Its more about management of people rather than management of money which I would prefere. TBH economics would bore me to tears, even if I have the ability to do it.
