Am I being a bitch to my boyfriend?

This guy has liked me for ages at uni and I eventually agreed to go out with him a few weeks ago. The thing is, he's so serious about me. He's always texting saying he misses me and is generally quite intense. He definitely sees this as a long term thing.
On the other hand, I see it as just a bit of fun, and I'm REALLY not that into him. My friends say I'm messing him about, do you think I am?

alittle bit, yes.

I think you should give him the score on what's what...keep it simple, mature and to the point. It's not fair of you to string him along.

You should just make your views of the relationship clear to him, and tell him to tone it down, that way he knows the score and its up to him how he handles it. Well thats just my opinion!

Yep, you'll be a bitch if you don't say anything and just pretend you're as into him as he is into you. Either break it off or be straight with him, before he becomes a clingy monster that stalks you for the rest of your life.

If you know his attentions are different to yours then you should tell him and let him decide if he wants to continue seeing you on a less serious level before you hurt him and really are a bitch.

lol nice way to put it. you are being a bitch, just tell the poor lad that he just doesnt do it for you, and that he wil get someone better...etc
No you're not. I know what it's like to have someone much more seriously into you than you expect. However, it is important you express this, otherwise you do run the risk of being a female dog.
