Will I be funded for 5th year?

Hi

I studied and completed my first year of a law degree at one institution before transferring to another institution to complete the degree, the first institution was a 3 year course and the second institution i transferred to offered a 4 year sandwich course - I did not start again or repeat any years of study.

I transferred to this institution and completed my 2nd year and placement year (3rd year), during my 4th (final) year I fell pregnant and this meant that I deferred my assessments (4 coursework and 3 examinations) through ill health during my pregnancy, however I completed my dissertation.

Will SF fund my final (resit) year? This will be the 5th year.

As long as you went into the second year when you transferred University then you'll get full funding for the re-sit year.
