Itchy arm

For about a week or two my left arm has been itching every now and again. Sometimes there is a rash and sometimes there isn't...and sometimes my thighs itch and sometimes they don't...but my left arm is consistently itchy. I've not changed washing powder, perfume, worn any new clothes or anything like that. I have had a cold and then a bug but am otherwise absolutely normal. Any ideas?

E45 do an anti itch cream which works wonders. Might be excema. If i were you i would (duh duh duhhhhhh) go to your GP

Hmm I get that sometimes, maybe an allergy to biological washing powder? It's a route to look at.

EDIT: Ah sorry, just saw the bit about washing powder.

Thanks, I do get a bit of excema but this comes and goes which is weird. I would see a doctor but I just wanted to check there wasn't an obvious explanation first...I don't want to waste their time!
