Simple problem - bugging me

Ok this is a simple one

One of my mates had his date cancel on him yesterday and it left him a spare ticket to a cool show in cardiff. He asked my housemate, who didnt respond (on msn) then me. It was a flippin gud show. Got back, housemate asked where i'd bin, so i said. I didnt boast or anything, but i left out who id gone with, since i didnt want him to feel left out or anythin. then he found out that id gone to this show with the mate and he's pissed off.

I really dont know why? He would have done the same thing, plus he would have bin the one to go if he'd have bothered to answer my mates question.

Im not going to feel gilty for taking oppertunities as im handed them

Oh yeh, the question... why is he annoyed?

because he sucks.

I don't know what its like having a housemate.

What makes you think hes pissed off? What exactly has he said/done?

Well he is probably jealous. He'l get over it, take him out for a pint or something

he is just being immature. your mate did ask him so i dont see why he should be annoyed.

Housemates do it. Relationships (of a friend nature) with more than two people are always difficult and so people feel left out if they aren't included which inevitably happens because everyone is busy at different times.

He'll get over it. It's part of not being 5.

Plus a house share is like a goldfish bowl so tensions flare well easy.
