Interview at IBM - Advice Needed!

Hi guys,

Next Thursday I have an interview at South Bank in London to try and get a gap year placement working at IBM. I've been told that the day will consist of interviews, group activities and an aptitude test.

Just wondering really what sort of things I should expect from this day; the sort of questions they are likely to ask me, what group activities there may be.

Got a suit sorted out, just don't wanna turn up with no clue on the day

Thanks for any advice,

-Will

Hey my Mum works for IBM and has done for God only knows how many years- she often interviews people so if you see a small blonde person that could be her!!

I remeber her saying a few thigns to me:
def wear a suit, shiny shoes, hiar neat and if you have a beard don't go looking like a yeti,
they look for really enthusiastic, friendly people,
need to be flexible and able to multitask,

pretty much the same as any job- hope this helps.

Heh, thanks for the advice

Ended up having 2 interviews, 2 group activities and an assessment...Some bits went better than others but thankfully I passed

If anybody has a similiar day upcoming then let me know and I can give you some more info.
