know Lambeth did these!

[q1]> Lecturer in Science and Theology. Mr or Dr or Prof &c., whichever[/q1]
[q1]> Consultant Forensic Scientist no idea mate[/q1]
called "Professor" and most Phd's in England have the sense not to be called Doctor because it
automatically gets everyone talking to them about their chilblains.
If you do not know somebody's name then you can ask. When you know the name you use it.
