    Can anybody explain the following to me and what titles or form of address should be used by or to
    anybody holding theses qualifications??

    LM.M Ph.D
    M.Sc
    N.Th(Lambeth) CBiol MIBiol FCollP MBAE FETC Cert. Mediation Professor of English Law. Lecturer in
    Science and Theology. Consultant Forensic Scientist

    The suitable form of address is the same for everybody. Most professors are irritated at being
    called "Professor" and most Phd's in England have the sense not to be called Doctor because it
    automatically gets everyone talking to them about their chilblains.

    If you do not know somebody's name then you can ask. When you know the name you use it.
