Declaration form process

I received my student finance application a while ago and have only just sent off my declaration form yesterday as I lost the enveloped, that came with it, and it was buried underneath various papers etc.

How long does it take to get processed? And will I get my student loan in time?
My student finance is approved and payments schedule. However, when I look on entitlement summary, my maintenance loan still says £0.00.

The letter I received says I will be getting £3,731 and on view payments, it also says I'm getting maintenance loan,

Is this an error?

Hi there,

Sorry, I am not sure why it is £0 online.
If the Maintenance Loan is showing on the Entitlement Letter you have received, then you have been awarded this and it will be paid out to you.
