I really need help, as exams are approaching and my notes don't seem very comprehensive as the quality of economics teaching that i have had has been of a poor standard.
I am with edexcel and i have been given these small unit guides, which are good, but don't really go into much depth.
So what are the best textbooks for economics? Can anyone recommend me a good one please.
I think my college used Alain Andertons "Economics 3rd edition", which was okish, I think I opened it 5 times in 2 years ,.
Seriously though, those units guides are fairly awesome, A level economics isnt really that indepth, you could always take a look at Tutor2u and Bized if your really stuck, but just read those unit guides and do plenty of past papers.
we use Economics by John Sloman.. It's quite wordy and it is useless for unit 5 and 6.. However, the explanations are very clear as he gave a lot of examples..use it to revise unit 1-4...oh i'm doing edexcel btw..
