    How do ppl vent thier anger??
    I tend to get angry really easy, an i have no way to let it all out.... that makes me more angry!!

    Anyone got any suggestions

    and btw, hitting a pillow doesnt help...

    mmm everyone says I have anger management problems. usually I go really quiet. I'm more of a thinker though if someone annoys me I scream abuse at them. If they stil annoy me.....I have been known to hit on rare occasion though usually people I don't know. Broke someones nose a few months ago. Not very nice I know.

    I play violent games and then start beating the living snot of of them, while wildly shouting at the screen.

    I used to just lash out...

    But I cant do that anymore. I need to vent it before it gets like that!!!

    I dont like pc games that much... i need to do something physical.

    just letting it all out- going off somewhere and having a good vent- screaming, hitting things- i like stamping my feet to..then i feel nice and camled and vented

    nono, eat lots of chocolate whenever you feel angry!!! this will make you more worried about your terrifying slide into obesity than the thing you are angry about

    That's certainly an original anger management idea...
    I'd say running or take up thai boxing or something.
    But that isn't really easy if you're stuck at home...
