Hi folks! I'm doing Physics with Astrophysics and am staying in Oak House. Anyone living there too?

Just got my accommodation offer and it says that my room number is CH.2.29.212 with a basin.

Can't wait... it's finally becoming real now!

Studying CompSci and Maths with a Foundation year, dunno about my accommodation yet. I'm a "re-applicant", and I've done a year at another uni before realising the course didn't fit me, so here I am, starting again :smile:

I'm not sure which events you're referring to specifically but none of those are official UoM events. They haven't even finalised their events yet so tickets won't go on sale for another week or two.

Most Facebook freshers groups are run by promoters and aren't affiliated with the universities themselves whatsoever.

Ah, OK. That didn't seem to show up when I looked at the list of events. This page says they're still finalising events so I assumed tickets hadn't gone on sale yet, my apologies.
