    sorry, SP and C indicates Signal Processing and Communications.
    EE is Electrical and Electronic(engineering) or Electrical Engineering.
    i hope anyone who study in these fields can discuss with me about linked problems.

    Edinburgh has one of the best departments for electronic engineering around so from the presige point of view they would probably win. Nottingham however has a strong department and I actually prefer EE degrees to more specialist ones (personal preference). If you want your degree to be from somewhere with a better international reputation (i.e. people in other lands will know where you studied) then Edinburgh will probably pip Nottingham there.
