There may be, and they may even have some minimal effect. But ultimately I think you're going to have to go to the opticians if it's having a noticable effect! It's nothing scary - honest!

Often eyesight problems like short sightedness are genetic so there is probably nothing you can do. Does anyone in your family suffer from eyesight problems? If this turns out to be the case dont let it get you down. I'm very short sighted but I wear contact lenses, you could even have laser eye surgery. It should not stop you from doing anything.

don't read in poor lighting. Don't spend too long on computers..especially if the screen is your only light source in the room
Basically don't strain your eyes. If you have a problem seeing notes from the back of a room, move closer to the front.

and go to an optician they aren't scary and if you do have something wrong with your eyes it's not the end of the world. Some problems can be corrected, some can't but you don't have to be wearing glasses if that is what worries you.

I am not sceared or anth, I know it is not this bad and can be cured, or I cud wear contact linces. But I didnt lose my good eyesight yet. I feel that it got a bit worse. Since I had a perfect one. Now I've noticed that it is hard for me to seenotes from the back of a room or just if smth is far away. Even tho just 2 months ago I didnt have this problems. I got some vitamins for eyes and just was thinking aout doing some exercises, but didnt know which ones.
but anyway, thx to everybody who answered to this post!

If you're only having problems with distance then you might just need glasses to wear for that use, you probably wont need to wear them all the time.
