Eye problems at such young age

Im 17 gor my as results today
Ive booked an appointment tomorrow with the optician
I have sevwre myopia -10.5
Im literallt crying because i can see flashes in the dark feom the side and floaters in the sky or in bright light
This is PVD and PVD leads to retinal tears whoch leads to retinal detachment
Im too young the job i want to do is like 8 hours in front of a compuyer screen im so stressed anxiety is killing me.
Im guranteed to have eye blindness
Please can someone help me

Improve it now before it is too late. Do eye excercises, eye relaxation techniques, anulom vilom and other pranayamas to strenghten your eyes. Eat proper food like carrots and vegetables. Do this for 3-4 months and your eyes will get better. Look on youtube for detail methods of what I mentonied above

Sorry but this is bull. Some of the youtube 'reviews' are no better than conspiracy theories.
The 'natural' methods you have mentioned have been studied in 2013. Conclusion? It doesn't work in most cases.
It can only moderately help if you have convergence insufficiency etc.


OP, why are you so concerned, though? The symptoms of PVD usually tend to get better on their own. You can also get a surgery.
