Feeling dizzy and sick all the time

I will go to the doctor about this, but I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas what might be wrong. Basically I get nauseous very easily. I get exhausted after doing minor things such as vacuuming the floor and after about 10 minutes I have to sit down because I start to feel sick. I also get dizzy quite easily, at the moment when I'm standing up I easily lose my balance. I can never actually go out in public for long periods of time because I find it exhausting, if I go out for the night I can manage to stay out for about an hour before I get tired and can't handle any more. I get quite a lot of headaches too.

Just wondering if anyone's experienced this before and has any idea about what might be causing this?
It could be related to low blood pressure as that can make you feel really dizzy. It ma also be related to your ears (some kind of ear infection perhaps) If its bothering you, see your doctor. I get quite dizzy sometimes so I know how unpleasant it can be.

Yep, as above it may be an inner ear infection.

are you eating enough? it could be a lack of food.

You are best off going to a doctor about it as people online can't really give you great medical advice.

hey
i'm no doctor, but it sounds like very much what i had which was anaemia. its just simply for me a low iron level and causes dizziness, extreme tiredness (in my case it got so bad i couldn't lift a REALLY light box) and it also made me feel sick (although i'm not sure whether this is a common symptom or anameia or me being 'special')

it's easy for a doctor to diagnose and usually is easily treated with iron supplements.

hope this helps, and hope you feel better soon.
Is this a recent thing? How long has it been going on for?
