Overcoming his shyness
ok, so i've known this guy for about two years but until recently we hadn't hardly spoken. However, a couple of months ago we got together on a few drunken nights out. But, i do really like him and i know he likes me too because he's texted me telling me and left a rose on my doorstep last week. However, when we're out together, he seems too shy to talk to me for more than a few words. I see him watching me when we're out and his friends all tell me he really likes me but he just seems too shy to talk to me himself when he's sobre.
Im quite shy too and therefore am also reluctant to make the first move. I dont know what to do but its driving me crazy becasue i really like him! what to do??!

Make the first move, or nothing will ever happen. Nothing dramatic, just invite him to cinema/pub/dinner or whatever. That's how i landed my mega-shy boyfriend. I know for a fact that nothing would ever have happened otherwise. Someone has to do something. Good luck and go for it
