Cured my insomnia!!
Basically I've had insomnia for the past 8 years, I'm now 18. I mean somtimes not sleeping at all, sometimes sleeping at 3 or 5 or 7 etc. Of course this caused many problems but did give me loads of time to do schoolwork!! HAs left me with serious dark eyes now though 
Anyway....THE CURE- now I'm not saying this will work for everyone or anything but it sure as hell worked for me. GET A FLATMATE. Since moving out of my house and into a studio flat my insomnia has gone (however I do think my stemmed from fear) so now that I'm not alone (at separate ends of a large room) I sleep like a log from anytime to anytime!! Even 10pm-9am!!
However, when my flatmate goes home at the weekend/for reading week I am left with the same problem and can't sleep again!
Try it!!

either come to the insominacz thread when you can't sleep
or force yourself to get your 8 hours by at least having cat naps during the day

I can;t get into a sleeping routine, my pain problem is failire to get up in the morning so sometimes I keep myuself awake. I over sleep way too much, but don;t go to sleep when I should be (like now) for instance...
Routine would be good, shame my life don't allow me it.

I would, but I can't even sleep with my boyfriend in the same room cos I'm such a light sleeper.
