HR is one of the most competitive career fields for gradautes. If you're gonna do an MSc Management, check if you can take some HR options. That will show to an employer that you're interested in the field. Try to do some kind of work experience (paid or unpaid) in HR to show you're serious about it.
If you've done this, your chances of getting accepted onto an HR graduate scheme will be much higher. Many companies also support their graduates to complete the CIPD on-the-job. You could also consider doing an MSc or MA HRM, where you'll get the chance to complete the CIPD and get a masters qualification at the same time. LSE, Warwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Cardiff, UWE etc. there's loads of places you can do it.
