I just had one with mine too! Mine was over the fact that he spends practically his whole life at university doing stuff for charity, whinges when he gets behind with his work because of it and hardly spends any time talking/emailing/texting me like he used to....:frown:

Never mind though - I'm sure your boyfriend will calm down. Give him an hour or so and then ring him. If you had reason to suspect that he was cheating, talk it through calmly and rationally - but if it was just a wild accusation that you said in the heat of the moment, swallow your pride and apologise!

Anyway - the fact that it's Valentine's day tomorrow is irrelevant - you could have a make up one next week if you're both still angry tomorrow and look on the brightside, it'll be far cheaper than tomorrow, when all the restaurants are ridiciously pricey and booked up  xx

We had our valentines day yesterday as hes away from today and yep we had a big fight! Everything was great up until then though and we havent spoken since, we're both far too stubborn to text first.

I guess we'll bump into each other when he gets back (he lives at my halls) and everything will be okay again though :p:

I guess Valentine's day is a stressful time.

My bf is in uni, so we're not actually celebrating V day until saturday. which is good, i guess, because going out will be much cheaper.
But i just wish he was more thoughtful.. you know?
Like coming home and suprising me.. or sending me a card in the post.. or flowers.

meh.

obviously watch too many rom com's.

Awww I'm really sorry! My boyfriend and I had two yesterday but we got over it after about 15 minutes.
You've done all you can, so just leave him and he'll come around. I think that if your relationship is strong enough you'll get over it.

Someone told me that he might be seeing someone else and stupidly enough I asked him as if I suspected it something along the lines of "who is she?" He got angry with me. I apologised, but he's been ignoring me since then. I'm not going to bother calling or texting now because it's annoying me as well!

meh. valentine's is just anouther day. i'm typically one of those girls that at the first signs of distress, breaks up with someone, but with my current boyfriend (due to the fact that i think he's the one, i love him immensely, he loves me, etc.) i've had to come up with ways to break the cycle of sarcasm/ anger what have you. generally, what i've found to be most effective is to say to him, "look, i LOVE you. and that means that this doesn't really matter okay? we are NOT falling apart, just angry."

works every time to calm his anxiety (which leads to more harsh words int he fight)
