Serious note: i dont think there is anything you can buy for that but i might wrong:redface:

standing in front of a crowd isnt that bad imo just do what you been practising/or meant to say if you been practising then nothing shoud go wrong, get on with it and forget about people

A few deep breaths and imagining the audience are naked is always worth a try.

Make sure you're comfortable in the clothes you're wearing as this can make your nerves worse.

clench ur ass cheeks

taking drugs to remove this kind of anxiety isnt good as its perfectly natural to feel nervous in this situation youve just got to accept it. if your on the stage all chilled and monged out on valium your presentation will be **** and everyone will think ur more weird for it. its normal to be nervous, people will be paying more attention to your amazing presentation, right?

you could try and include the wearing of a mask somehow in your presentation, that would make me feel a lot less nervous

Hate to lower the tone of this thread but you sound just like a friend of mine did - now he swears by going to the bathrooms 10 mins before and giving himself a "low highfive" Disgusting maybe but he looks so much mellower when he does presentations. (as long as he promises not to touch me til the day after Im cool with it:biggrin: )
