In situations like this there isn't a lot you can do to make yourself hungry ... The best thing to do is try to eat small, regular meals and snacks, even if you don't really feel like it at the moment, just so that you don't end up loosing too much weight and making yourself ill. Eating properly can also make you feel a bit more positive mentally. You could also try drinking some high calorie liquids, like milkshakes made with ice-cream, so that you're getting some calories and nutrients withough feeling that you're 'eating'.

Hmm. If you stop eating for a while aren't you meant to start with small, rather tasteless things like crackers to try and get you back on track? That might be the flu actually...

But anyhow, the liquids thing is a good idea. Go for decent drinks like freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies so you're getting some nutrients. You might want to take some vitamin pills aswell. Have you tried treating yourself to your favourite food? Even though you really don't want to eat you could give that a try. Your body might react well to it and you may realise just how hungry you are....

Stop telling yourself you can't eat food. Self fulfilling prophecy.

This is the best advice right here. I have exactly the same thing when I get too stressed - I just lose all interest in food, the thought of eating doesn't even cross my mind til someone reminds me. High calorie liquids are the best thing, try Slim Fast or Complan/Buildup/etc plus a good multivitamin tablet. The fibre in proper smoothies like the ones by Innocent will get your gut going again and stimulate your appetite - you could also try taking prebiotics and probiotics, but not those rubbish yoghurt drinks, get some medical standard stuff. If you only eat one solid thing per day make it protein, e.g. some ham (doesn't take much to get a few slices down you), as otherwise you'll be doing some serious wastage damage to your muscle mass.
