has anyone seen the q3 apartments by aqh properties near victoria park.

Yeah me and my friends were going to live there next year and went on a wild hunt trying to find them one night. They look gorgeous from inside and the price isn't all that bad for what you get they are just in the middle of no-where. Well it's about a 15 minute walk from Oxford road but there isn't really a supermarket within walking distance, and theres a really scary looking pub on the same road as it..lol :s-smilie:

Oh and it's behind a blood bank, which freaks me out cus blood and needles scare me to death :biggrin:

If it wasn't for the location we would have loved to live therem it really does look like a lovely place to live :frown:

not really however im only going for the 4-5 bedroom one. moving in with my flate mate.
i went today to have a look and its beautiful!
rooms are nice, bathroom is wayy better than the one ive got, and the kitchen/lounge is beautiful! widescreen tv!! yipeeee. dishwasher!! mama miya a common room with a snooker table and 42" plasma.... incredible. heheh

im deff gona stay there!

you said theres a scary pub but its shut down rite??

yeah its shut down, maybe it looked scary because we went to look at them at night time. I can't remeber what it was called but it has the same name as the road... :s-smilie:

i cant believe that im saying this but i will be moving in there for my next year at uni!
i had a look again yesterday in the car with my mate, the park which is close by has had a history of having stabbings and shootings!! mummy :frown:

the construction sites will have finished for next year, but its still scary..hmm scary isnt the word it more like an ewree feeling. it just doent feel comfortable. i duno! im fuzzled :s-smilie:

i just went to look at Q3 apartments and i have to say i was so disappointed in them. they were asking way too much for what the rooms are like and the prices they advertise are so misleading. they advertise the prices in the £70 region but when i asked the bloke the lowest price they started from was £89 and then you've got to pay utitlities. the area is alright, not that bad as people make out but it isn't as nice as the website makes it out to be. Waste of a pound on the bus fare i say!
plus the place had a weird smell to it!!
if your thinking about Q3 move to piccadilly point (where I live now) so much better value for money and nicer rooms and flat!! and amazing location xx

Or Cosmopolitan which is pretty much round the corner, as a cheaper alternative.
