ATAS - No Acknowledgement mail

Has anyone applied for ATAS and not received any acknowledgment mail from the ATAS team ?
I applied for ATAS on 30th Of July and still haven't received any mail. I'm wondering and more worried if my ATAS application was submitted or not.
Im very much sure that Ive filled in all the details much correctly.
Also the website mentions it has been submitted and expected decision date is 27th of August. My PhD starts on 1st of October and I have to apply for visa as well, offcourse only after I get my ATAS.

What should be done in such case ? Apparently waiting seems to b the only option :\

Can you please check the website and let me know if it says that your application is approved or if it just says it's submitted? I applied in late July and stilldidn't hear back, so I'm worried I put the wrong email or something.

Hi Thank you so much (:I received my ATAS on 26 August actually, in less than a month. And they don't send acknowledgement mails anymore after your submission.
Application date: 30th July
Received : 26th August
On website, my account shows " decision sent via email". Dont worry youll get it soon if you ve filled in all the details correctly. Good luck !

I have also not recieved any acknowledgment email from the ATAS team. My expected date for ATAS certificate was 8th August and i have not recieved any information till now.

Did you receive it yet ..I applied very late and my decision date is 22 September that’s a week after the start date 🙁

Kindly I have an inquiry that I haven't received my email to confirm that my ATAS application has been submitted and yesterday I have submitted
