What to do about this?

Hi all, I went to university in September and whilst living on my accomodation I met this girl who I grew rather fond of. Think it was probably about 6-8 weeks after getting to know her that I decided to ask her out but she said no and said we'll talk about it.

Well the talk never happened as it was awkward for some reason but we are still great friends which is good as it's good to be around her. But she phoned me the other night saying she had something she wanted to tell me but couldn't and then proceeds to keep going on that I apprantly don't like her anymore in that way, but I do.

Anyway, I got it out of her what she wanted to tell me and it was the fact that she now does like me. But she has gone home for a while and won't be back until tommorrow.

I'm just wondering how I can get her to know that I do still like her without me making it damn right obvious and awkward again for us as I really like her. Only thing I can think of is getting drunk to the point we are more relaxed and open or just hope she comes round on Sunday so we can have a chat about it?

Any tips for what to do when we do speak?

When I asked her out the first time it was to go to the cinema alone without friends but she said no obviously but this time I reckon she might, might say yes or should I just let her take the lead knowing if she wants me she'll get me?

Why not text her and say come out for a coffee give a time and place? She'll probably say yes and you'll get the chance to talk a bit which you wouldn't in a cinema. Then you can both work out what you want and arrange some more plans...

Alcohol works for some people, but it might also make you look a bit silly.

Sounds to me like shes basically just saying "shut up already" about it. But if she said she wants you, hey, its worth a shot.

Just talk to her, general flirting (really you should be doing that to every girl you talk to) and if you get a good response, flirt a little more and whatever.
