Always say wrong things...

It makes me feel really depressed. You know when you mean well but then people think you mean something else and maybe you should have chosen different words. Then you feel like banging your head on a wall. I'm just not cut out for socialising. Why is it so hard? ?

Read books and expand your vocabulary so you can communicate exactly what you intended. Language is a tricky one sometimes, and naturally men face more challenges expressing what they mean than females do, it's just not in our nature to grasp language as easily.
As well as this, take note that people like to hear what they want to hear and like to know they are right. If what you are trying to say is some sort of advice or criticism it is a lot more difficult to say exactly the right thing without making them take a step back.

What did you do?
Yes, I know exactly what you mean. I have said stuff that has made me fall out with people and even get bullied in some cases. Now I'm a nervous wreck and I have to think 10 times before saying something.

You have to train yourself into not caring too much about what other people think. It might even be the case that the people who have a problem with what you're saying are in the wrong and shouldn't judge your words too quickly.

If people take it the wrong way, just correct them. The more you get used to expressing yourself, the better you will become at articulating your thoughts. You will eventually get over the phase, and you will look back and laugh at the things that went wrong

Yeah that's how I feel. I feel as though it's always held me back. I was just an outcast though out school. I was totally different (both ethnicity and interests and background), bullied as well and my social life throughout was garbage. If it wasn't for games and cartoon network I would have gone insane.

It's amazing and depressing how school determines what you become later. School destroyed my life.

I always say "**** what people think" in my head but everything just comes back

Have you finished school?

The bit in bold - I wouldn't necessarily say that's true but it sounds like you are/were unfortunate to be in a school full of horrible c***s. Most schools are to be honest, but I'm sorry to hear you had a particularly horrible time. Life does get better, most people are absolutely awful between the ages of 11-16 and more often than not they're merely arselicking the bullies or acting like bullies to avoid getting bullied themselves. School is a horrible atmosphere that breeds this kind of pathetic, non-sensical, hierarchial mentality. I guarantee they will feel guilty later on. Look forward to it because being an adult is much better than being a kid. Only the 'cool' kids think otherwise.

Personally I found being an outcast was actually an advantage because it allowed me to just focus on my studies and get good grades, but I found GCSEs/A-Levels much more bearable socially because we were in different classes for everything and the scum kids would either bunk every lesson or pick courses for idiots.

About saying the wrong things: you can see a doctor about it and be put on a waiting list to see a therapist (which is what I'm doing), don't feel weird about it either because 1/4 of people experience anxiety-related disorders or depression at some point in their lives, which sounds like what you might be going through.
