In AQA economics GCSE all year i got an A/A* then my results show that i got an A in unit 11 and a C in unit 12 (B overall) ...

Do you think i should look at remark (others in my class got lower than expected too) or accept the exam actually went badly?

That's the nature of exams unfortunately.. If your UMS in unit 12 is close to the next grade boundary I would consider getting it remarked, if you know it's safely not going to get marked down.

If you were marks shy off a B and you had a high A in your other unit, its worth getting a remark and scraping an A (Still an A Overall)
    Hope this helps

If you felt confident after the exam and thought that you did really well then deffo get a remark!

The truth is that it's not common for marks to go up that much in remarks (I learnt the hard and costly way).

If you are really sure that the exam went well and that a C must be wrong then you could go for a remark and AQA may have made a mistake, but you have to be honest with yourself about how the exam actually went.
