Prominent Vein!

I've recently developed a rather prominent vein on the back of my right calf, it's about 3 inches long, and very obvious, but doesn't stick out. How the hell do I get rid of this? It's not very pretty, in fact it's downright ugly and makes my leg look awful. Also does anyone know how to prevent any further ones as theres one on my left calf thats starting to go the same way...

I have no idea what could have caused it. If I had to take a stab in the dark I'd say varicose veins maybe. But I'm sure people wouldn't even notice. If you're that worried about it, put some concealer or something on it...

Bunthulhus' brave confession time: I've got one of these, a little smaller though, below my knee. Pisses me RIGHT off! :mad:

I don't wear skirts often though, and if I do I wear tights (because of it I suppose :redface:

), so it's not really visible. Concealer is worth a go, I haven't tried that yet.
