Hull or Brighton?

I'm really stuck on which one to choose, I went to both and this is what I thought:

Brighton
-Expensive
-Not in a campus environment
-Business school looked OK, not amazing
+Very nice place
+Has halls near(ish) the business building (but limited no.)
+My placement year would be in Brighton, around or in London
+By the sea!

Hull
-Quite rough areas
+Really cheap (both halls and housing)
+Big campus environment
+Halls altogether, 10 min bus away
+Massive SU with own nightclub (v impressed with that)
+Business building has been renovated and really posh

Does it sound like Hull is really the best one? Because looking at my lists it certainly seems it. It's just something keeps drawing me to Brighton, you know, everyone going on about how there isso much to do and the night life is amazing and that it's by the sea.

Anyone with any views on this situation or either uni?

I chose Hull for those reasons. I liked the cheapness, the fact the nightclub was good and i loved the course. I know its good for business as a lot of my friends study there and say the course is fab...BUT.... all of my friends agree there's not a lot to actually do in Hull once you've been there past Fresher's week. You find yourselves going to the same nights each week which is fine if you enjoy that but i love to find new places and meet new people and i've found it a little repetitive. If you're big on sports and get involved with the athletics union side of it its a bit better as there are a lot of sports socials, but the social life still wouldn't compare to Brighton. Were I offered the choice again i'd opt for Brighton. Good luck, i hope it works out for you!

Brighton! (biased though :p:) Out of all the unis i've looked around, Brighton has the best atmosphere as well as the whole package. When I was there last year visiting, I just knew instantly that I wanted to go there.
(Whether or not I get an actual place is a different story.)
