I will be starting college in September and I wanted to know if you guys could give me any advice for biology, psychology or maths? Or just general advice about college would also be helpful!

Exam board is WJEC if that helps!

    Thanks!

Hello! I am going into year 13 in September and i take Psychology, Philosophy & Ethics (Religious Studies) and English literature. For me, i worked best with cue cards but i think for all your subjects the best thing to do is to revise as you go along. Make sure you understand everything you are taught and ask your teachers for help when you need it. At the end of each week, you should look at your notes brefly of what you have been taught at the end of the week. This technique will make it easier when you have to start revising for exams.
    Good luck

I just sat WJEC Biology. It's a paper that is not that clear or concise. Intelligent friends of mine got Bs (Intelligent being 90%+ UMS in Further Maths/Physics). Personally I got a C alongside 3 As in Physics (90% UMS), Maths (89% UMS mean) and Computing (83% UMS).

You need to work really hard and memorise a huge amount of content... sorry but I didn't enjoy it whatsoever.

Maths was not that bad really, it's just more maths. I left it all to a few days before and as long as you do loads of past papers you will get awesome grades (also check out the website ExamSolutions),

    Psychology can't comment sorry.
