Not Having an AS12N Letter??

Is the AS12N letter that you get after results meant to be sent in the post as a physical copy? I was told I'd receive one a few days after results day, but it's now been over a week. I can't sort out my student bank account without it :/

Ucas only does them online now (check your track account), your bank should take the printed version of it
