I got BBCC in Maths, further maths, physics and biology respectively in my AS exams. I want to have the best chance of getting into imperial for engineering, obviously I won't be getting in next year but my question is should I continue onto year 13, dropping Bio and trying to get the triple A* in maths further maths and physics by resittinga couple or a few modules,or should I retake the entire AS year and start do Math, FM, physics and chem.
If I retake the year I'm positive I can get 4 As in AS but similarly I think I can also get two A* in year 13 if I really work at it. I don't know which option to go for, I should also add that my school is doing a compulsory resit for the physics practical which pretty much guarantees at least a B in AS physics for me.
I heard that taking 3 years to do A levels pretty much rules out Imperial and oxbridge which is why i'm struggling to make a choice here.

It really depends on the predicted grades you have for A2, do they match the requirement of Engineering at imperial ? Also most Russell group unis want results from one sitting meaning 2 years of education and not having to retake the exams. I
Think you should stick to what you're doing already and work hard to get better grades for A2.
I hope I have helped- good luck.
