Well when i went i loved it (this was just a day visit btw)

I was really impressed with the facilities of the school...

But i think the onyl reason i enjoyed it was was because i was with my friends and the old head girl from my school was there and she came to meet me and took us round...

don't mean to ressurect an old thread but when I went to millfield I had a pretty bad time. It's full of stuck up kids who want to be thugs and act accordingly. I wouldn't send my kids there if I was paid.

Aside from certain students (who, incidentally, some have set themselves for life as vicious, small minded idiots. I met some at a club the other day and they still act the same as they did when they were 14.) and the real-world-secluded culture, there are some great teachers there, some great facilities and some excellent opportunities. It's a shame these outstanding elements are hampered by the poor culture that is grown there.

I think millfield is a fantastic school, its facilities and teaching are amazing. some kids that go there are dicks but you get them everywhere, its just the way some kids are raised, In my experience the odd kids from wealthy backgrounds are not raised properly and have no real appreciation for what they have.
