Stress = headache?

Tonight I've been really stressed. Lots of arguments been happening with mates phoning and us shouting at each other and then my parents arguing with me and then asking why I'm arguing with mates and it causing even more bother. Now I've started getting a really bad headache. I don't usually get headaches a lot so could it be because of all the arguing and stress tonight?

Yep, that's perfectly likely. :frown:

Yep, you could have a stress headache. I get them a lot. They're not nice. My advice....sleep and paracetamol. Hope you feel better soon. :hugs:

Yep definitely. I had one on Saturday evening after a day stressing out trying to get my new pc to cooperate and install windows properly :frown:
Take some paracetamol and get a good nights sleep is all I can suggest.

Indefinitely, stress is the most common cause of headaches and migraines in modern society!

Other factors could also affect it such as using the computer, bad lighting, noise etc.

ahh clearly you need a Mac! hehe.
or better yet, linux!

Yeah paracetomol or my personal favourite "4head" its amazing stuff, i hate the idea of quacky remedies that dont work, but i tried it and if i catch a headache quick enough with that i 90% of the time dont get it. Even works for my cluster migraines :smile:

Syndol is really good for tension headaches and severe migraines, as it effectively sedates you, making it easier to get some much needed sleep :smile:
