I am looking to apply to do Mathematics at uni, but need to read some good books to discuss in my personal statement! Does anyone know of any good ones that are interesting?

(As to interesting, my brother owns Calculus for the Ambitious and loves it from this list, abd I've heard good things about Fermat's Last Theorem)
